Orders placed on Sundays or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.
During sales, festivals, or high-demand periods, processing may take slightly longer.

Metro Cities: 2–5 business days
Other Cities & Towns: 3–7 business days
Remote Areas: 5–10 business days

Damaged or Missing Packages

Share your order number along with a clear unboxing video or photographs as proof.
Claims without proper evidence may not be accepted.

Undeliverable or Refused Orders

If an order is returned to us because:

The delivery address is incorrect,
The customer is unavailable after multiple delivery attempts, or
The shipment is refused without a valid reason,

the customer may be required to pay the applicable shipping charges for re-shipment. Refunds, if applicable, will be processed after deducting shipping and handling charges.
