Size Exchange Policy

We offer size exchanges only.

• No Design or Color Changes: Exchange requests for a different design, color, or completely different product are not accepted.
• A reverse shipping charge of ₹150 is applicable for all approved size exchange requests.
• Price Differences on Size Changes: If you are exchanging for a larger or smaller size that carries a different price, the actual price of the newly requested size will apply. Any price difference will be adjusted accordingly during the exchange process.
• Condition: Items must be unused, unwashed, unworn, with all original tags attached, and in their original packaging.
• Coupons: Coupon codes cannot be applied to exchange items. If an item was originally purchased on sale using a coupon code, the discounted amount will be adjusted during the exchange process.

How to Initiate a Size Exchange" 

1. Submit Request: Fill out our exchange request form to generate your request.

2. Confirmation & Tracking: Once processed (within 24 to 48 hours), we will email you your tracking ID along with details of the applicable reverse shipping fee (₹150) and any price adjustments for size changes and other Charges Applicable.
3. Pickup: Pack and securely seal the package. Hand it over to the assigned courier driver. Pickup will be completed within 2 to 3 working days after receiving your tracking ID.
4. Inspection: Once the returned package reaches our warehouse, it undergoes a strict quality check. Any item showing signs of wear, washing, damage, missing tags, or tampering will be rejected for exchange.
5. Payment & Dispatch: Once approved, you will receive an invoice for the applicable reverse shipping charges (and any size price difference and other Applicable Charges). Upon receipt of your online payment, your replacement item will be dispatched.

Note: The complete exchange process takes approximately 10 to 15 business days. We appreciate your patience.

Non-Returnable Items

The following categories cannot be returned or exchanged under any circumstances:

• Diapers, wipes, opened formula, and other personal/baby care hygiene items
• Personalized or custom-made products
• Sale or clearance items
• Gift cards

Refunds

If your return is approved following our warehouse quality inspection:

• Your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 10 business days.
• If 15 business days have passed since your refund approval and you have not received the funds, please contact our support team.
